29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed: (a) Facility, Warehouse, 2040 New Castle Road, Portersville, PA: On or before January 30, 2017 an industrial truck driver had an obstructed view from the plastic strip curtains that separate departments/area and the driver did not slow down and sound their horn when traveling through to alert persons working in the area of their presence.
