Production Office Stairway Landing- On or about January 31, 2017 employees were exposed to fall hazards due to an inadequate toprail height on a stairway landing. The toprail height measured 29 inches from the walking/working surface. The midrail was not installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the stairway landing.
