The employer had equipment with more than one energy source which would require such a program.  The following equipment required an Energy Control Program:  A Challenge Paper Cutter, Model: MC, S/N: 12214, with 230 volt electrics, 1000 psi hydraulics, and potential (gravity) energy; and  A Graphics Whizard, Model: CM PLAT, S/N: 2609104, with 120 volt electrics and 106 psi pneumatics (air) pressure.
