This was most recently documented on February 1, 2017 at 30001 East 286th Terrace Garden City, Missouri. The employer does not have a written respiratory protection program in place in order to protect the employees from known respiratory hazards associated with maintenance on the wave machine during removal of lead solder.

This was most recently documented on February 1, 2017 at 30001 East 286th Terrace Garden City, Missouri. The employees required to wear respirators had not been fit tested for the proper wear of a respirator.
