29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Facility, where an effective housekeeping schedule was not in place to ensure all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead in areas including: 1. Armory, where the exterior surface of the tan gun locker doors tested positive for lead. 2. Gun Cleaning Room, where the surface of the weapons cleaning bench tested positive for lead. 3. Gun Cleaning Room, where the surface of the door handles on the entry door tested positive for lead. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection Patrol was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 977497, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Ferndale, WA.
