29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures: JOB SITE: 1569 MO-72, Fredericktown, MO 63645, on or about 1/31/2017, workers were observed on top of a 2:12 pitch roof, approximately 10 feet 2 inches eave to ground level, actively installing roofing material and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard. The Rosener Roofing & Guttering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1057522, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 4/28/2015, and was affirmed as a final order on 6/26/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 616 State Route EE, Farmington, MO 63640.
