This violation was observed on or about February 1, 2017.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) At the Seminole P&DC, authorized employees were permitted to enter the Small Parcel Stack Sorter without a lockout tag/tagout procedure in place to do maintenance activities. This violation was observed on or about February 1, 2017. b) At the Seminole P&DC, affected employees were permitted to enter the Small Parcel Stack Sorter without a lockout tag/tagout procedure in place to do maintenance activities without receiving training of an authorized employee and without a lockout/tagout procedure in place. This violation was observed on or about February 1, 2017.
