29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift.   On the west side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities while working from a JLG forklift in an attached basket without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the ground below.
