29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equiment as specified in this subpart: (a) On or about 01/19/17, at the Village Gate complex, located at 274 North Goodman Street, in Rochester, New York, during a roof repair project, employees were not provided with fire protection or with fire extinguishers while working with flammable liquids (Karnak flashing cement and Low Voc Primer) and using a "Roof Master" (power roof saw) an ignition source. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
