29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  Construction Site: two employees were observed working on the roof without any form of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard greater than 6-feet to the ground below.    Armando Corral Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 944882, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on December 27, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7237 Glitter Point, El Paso, TX 79938.

29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill.  Construction Site: On or about January 31, 2017, two employees were observed working on the roof without any form of fall protection equipment. The employer did not ensure employees retained the requisite understanding to recognize the hazards of falling. This condition exposed the employees to a fall greater than 6-feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees; sections of the electrical insulation on cords and cables was missing:   Construction Site: on or about January 31, 2017; one employee operating a circular saw connected to an extension cord with insulation damage, exposing the electrical conductors. This condition exposed employee to electrical shock hazards.

This condition exposed employee to electrical shock hazards.
