29 CFR 1910.178(m)(8):  There was not sufficient headroom under overhead installations, lights, pipes, sprinkler system, etc:      a) Warehouse, 614 Beatty Road, Monroeville, PA 15146:  On or about January 19, 2017, sufficient headroom under overhead heaters and the gas lines associated with these heaters was not provided.  A gas line supplying gas to a Reznor brand overhead heater was struck by a pallet of stock as the pallet was being lifted into place by the use of a Crown forklift.  The lack of sufficient headroom for forklift operators to safely load and unload the industrial storage racks nearest the overhead heaters exposed employees to a fire hazard.
