29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) 26 Murray Street, Staten Island, NY 10309. Employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 18 feet from the eave to the ground below while installing new roofing materials on a single family, two story home with no fall protection systems in place. Occurred on 02/02/17.
