29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: On or about at 2/2/17 located at 5425 Vendelay Ln, Cumming, GA: Employees were installing roofing shingles on the roof of a house that was under construction while on top of the roof approximately 30 foot from the lower level. Employees were dropping the excess shingles to the ground, employees on the ground were observed without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.
