29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about February 2, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in commercial roofing operations were exposed to a 16.5-foot fall hazard without means of fall protection. Fastag RD Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1193895, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 3, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 4461 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
