29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, was not worn and attached to the boom or basket while working from the aerial lift: Front Parking Lot: On or about February 3, 2017, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while using a JLG T350 Tow-Pro Boom Lift to replace light bulbs at a height greater than 6 feet without using personal fall protection equipment.
