29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) Kitchen On or about February 2, 2017, a worker was not provided with appropriate personal protective equipment, including, but not limited to, elbow-length gloves, apron, and splash goggles and sustained burns to his hand and arms while transporting hot cooking oil. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
