29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  On or about February 6th, 2017, at the worksite located at 1900 NE 154th St, North Miami Beach, FL 33162, employees were exposed to skin and eye irritation when working with chemicals such as but not limited to, Auto-base Plus MM (Titanium dioxide), organic solvents,  and the employer did not provide effective training to employees on the hazards associated with these chemicals, nor the information in accordance with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals.
