29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: Instance 1.) On or about 2/02/2017, Electrical service panel - Electrical supply room/Maintenance area: Employees were using an electrical panel where unused openings were not effectively closed. The electrical panel did not have a dead front cover exposing live bus bars thus, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Instance 2.) On or about 2/02/2017, Electrical service panel - Generator room area: Employees were using an electrical panel where unused openings were not effectively closed. The electrical panel has missing breakers exposing live bus bars thus, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Note: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
