29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On 1/20/17, at the Overlook Woodstock Knoll subdivision in Woodstock, Georgia, the employer did not provide safety inspections to job sites that provided correction for observed hazards in that at Lot 102 window and door openings were not protected with guardrails or another type of fall protection exposing subcontracted employees to fall hazards up to 20 feet to lower levels.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On 1/23/2017 and 1/25/2017, at the Overlook Woodstock Knoll subdivision in Woodstock, Georgia, subcontracted employees were exposed to various fall hazards between 10 and 30 feet as they worked without fall protection systems.
