On 1/23/17, at the Overlook Woodstock Knoll subdivision in Woodstock, Georgia, the employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections to job sites, including Lot 102, where subcontracted employees were exposed to fall hazards up to 30 feet as they worked without fall protection systems on roof levels.
