29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, by a competent person designated by the employer:    (a)  Simon Brothers Roofing and Restoration LLC, at 303 S. Vine St., Denver, CO 80206:  On and before February 6, 2017, the controlling employer did conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment by a competent person designated by the employer.  This condition exposed subcontractor employees performing roofing work to fall hazards on the roof of a single family home ranging from 10 feet to 25 feet.
