29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not used: On or about February 3, 2017, and at times prior thereto, heavy equipment operators and other workers at the Hidden Creek Estates were exposed to vehicle traffic, dump trucks and grading equipment. The workers were not wearing highly visible protective clothing to help prevent being struck-by the road and construction site traffic.

29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: On or about February 3, 2017, and at times prior thereto, heavy equipment operators and other workers at the Hidden Creek Estates development were exposed to vehicle traffic, dump trucks and grading equipment. The construction work area near County Road 214 was not provided with advance warning signs such as CONSTRUCTION AREA AHEAD, TRUCKS ENTERING ROADWAY, or flashing lights to help slow traffic, warn drivers and prevent workers from being struck-by the traffic.
