29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On 1/23/17, at the Overlook Woodstock Knoll subdivision in Woodstock, Georgia, the employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections to job sites, including Lot 102, where subcontracted employees were exposed to fall hazards up to 30 feet as they worked without fall protection systems on roof levels.
