29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:    On or about February 1, 2017, at Ross and Wallace Paper Products, Inc. the employer failed to ensure that a periodic inspection is conducted of its energy control procedures. This condition exposed employees to hazardous energies such as but not limited to: electrical, hydraulic, gravity, compressed air and thermal. The circuit breakers were not rated for use as switches.
