29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) Residential construction site located at 7212 Heathermoore Loop, Montgomery, AL:  On or about February 6, 2017, and prior to, the employer did not ensure that employees wore eye protection for job tasks that exposed employee(s) to struck by hazards while nailing shingles using a pneumatic nail gun.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a)Residential construction site at 7212 Heathermoore Loop, Montgomery, AL 36117:  Employer failed to ensure employees used guardrails, safety net or fall arrest system  to prevent falls of 8 feet to a grass surface while performing shingle roofing job tasks on a steep roof with a 6/12 pitch.
