29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On 02/07/2017, Universal Packaging Corporation, located at 3645 Tree Court Industrial Blvd., St. Louis, MO, had not ensured listed or labeled equipment was used or installed in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. In the SW quadrant of the shop, there was a drop pendant which incorporated a metallic 4 receptacle electrical box with knock outs/punch outs. This electrical box was not designed to be used as a drop pendant box.
