29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. On or about 11 December 2016, employees were working in the area of the ATU machine where a barrier approximately 17" high and 57" in length was present exposing the employees to tripping and falling hazards on a standard walking-working surface.
