29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      a) Job site corner of Braunlich Road and McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about February 6, 2017, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that employees used appropriate fall protection systems/devices where exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 10 feet.

29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level:   a) Job site corner of Braunlich Road and McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about February 6, 2017, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that employees used appropriate fall protection systems/devices where exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 14 feet in that the parapet walls located on the side and front of the building were determined to be up to approximately 30 inches tall.
