29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) On or about February 6, 2017, three (3) employees tearing off old roofing shingles on a 4:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling 20 feet to the ground by the use of a guardrail system, safety nest system or personal fall arrest system.
