29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    (a)   EC Construction LLC at 145 Krameria St., Denver, CO 80220:  On and before February 7, 2017, the employer did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in framing activities on the first level of a residential home had exposure to a fall hazard from an unprotected floor opening (stairwell opening) that lead into the basement. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.    (b)  EC Construction LLC at 145 Krameria St., Denver, CO 80220:  On and before February 7, 2017, the employer did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in framing activities on the 2nd level roof of a residential home had exposure to fall hazards from unprotected sides and edges. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.    (c)   EC Construction LLC at 145 Krameria St., Denver, CO 80220:  On and before February 7, 2017, the employer did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in framing activities on the 2nd level of a residential home had exposure to fall hazards from unprotected wall openings (window openings).  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
