29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and sat or climbed on the edge of the basket or used planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: 2321 McCausland, St. Louis: Employer is failing to protect employees from serious fall hazards. On 02/08/2017 an employee was exposed to a fall distance of approximately 10 feet where the employee leaned out of a scissor lift (HY-BRID HB 1430) to push panels off a pile of panels onto a crane hook without using any fall protection device while he was not standing firmly on the platform of the scissor lift.
