29 CFR 1910.266(h)(2)(i): Once the backcut was made the feller did not immediately move a safe distance away from the tree on the retreat path: (a) Tree Cutting Area, Hootowl Hollow Road: On February 8, 2017 and times prior, the employer did not ensure that the timber cutter moved to safe distance on the retreat path after felling a 25 inch diameter white oak.
