29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a) Jobsite, on or about January 7, 2017, the employer allowed employees to work (installing a speed pole) from the fully planked open sided scaffold system, exposing employees to a 21-foot fall hazard.
