29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: a) At the facility, on or about February 9, 2017 - The employer failed to keep a clear space on the left side of the Global Finishing Solutions spray booth. A container of Industrial sweeping compound, an oily waste can, a flammable storage cabinet and a valve part cabinet were stored adjacent to the Global Finishing Solutions spray booth.
