Walnut Park @ Mundy Mill Subdivision, 4421 Clubside Drive, Lot #58, Gainesville, GA - Employees were exposed to struck by hazard.  Employees were performing roofing activities with pneumatic nail guns without wearing impact resistant eye protection, on or about 02/08/17.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. Walnut Park @ Mundy Mill Subdivision, 4421 Clubside Drive, Lot #58, Gainesville, GA   -  Employee were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet, while performing roofing work such as, installing roof shingles on the elevated roof area of a new residential structure without the use of fall protection, on or about 02/08/17.
