Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse: 1/ On or about 02/09/2017, at Under Armour Retail of Missouri, LLC, located at 18517 Outlet Boulevard #218, Chesterfield, MO 63005, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards where storage room was packed with excess freight, that was not secure. 2/ On or about 02/09/2017, at Under Armour Retail of Missouri, LLC, located at 18517 Outlet Boulevard #218, Chesterfield, MO 63005, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards where hallways were packed with boxes, that were not secure. 3/ On or about 02/09/2017, at Under Armour Retail of Missouri, LLC, located at 18517 Outlet Boulevard #218, Chesterfield, MO 63005, employees were exposed to struck-by/tripping hazards were restrooms were packed with boxes, store fixtures, and other items that were not secure.
