29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Location: Jobsite  Employees were exposed to falls greater than 20 feet to the ground below, while working on a low sloped roof, where fall protection had not been used.

Location: Jobsite  Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 20 feet from a rooftop to the ground below, where not trained to recognize or avoid the hazards.
