29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2)(i)(B):     The exposure determination did not include a list of all job classifications in which some employees have occupational exposure:    (a) Prospect Airport Services, Inc.- On February 3, 2017, the employer's exposure determination for employees with occupational exposure did not include a list of job classifications in which some employees have occupational exposure, such as cabin cleaners.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.

The hazardous chemicals included, Matrix Sanitizer # 3 containing ethyl alcohol, G4 Polysphere Disinfectant containing ethyl alcohol, CH 2200 Disinfectant containing ethyl alcohol and Aero glass cleaner containing isopropyl alcohol.
