29 CFR 1910.252(c)(1)(iv): The employer did not include the potentially hazardous materials employed in fluxes, coatings, coverings, and filler metals, all of which are potentially used in welding and cutting, in the program established to comply with Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) (sec. 1910.1200). a) On or about 2/10/2017, for the employees conducting welding operations and for the employees working in the adjacent area, the employer did not include the potentially hazardous materials in the hazardous communication training that are involved with welding and materials used in the welding process.
