(Electronic access, microfiche, and other alternatives to maintaining paper copies of the material safety data sheets are permitted as long as no barriers to immediate employee access in each workplace are created by such options.)  (a)  In Town Suite - On or about February 8, 2017 the employer did not maintain a Hazardous Communication Program.  The Safety Data Sheets (SDS) were not available to employees at the work site.  The employer had two hazardous materials in the work area: oxygen and acetylene with no SDS.
