Employee was exposed to eye and face injuries when installing floor trusses using a pneumatic nail gun while not wearing any eye and or face protection. Occurred on 02/10/17 MP Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.95(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 953264, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/03/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 59 Spring Valley Road, Morristown, NJ 07960.

Employee was observed standing and working from the top step of a 5 foot " A" frame ladder. Employee was working on the second floor deck exposing him to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground below.
