29 CFR 1926.1126(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): On or about February 17, 2017, employees were required to weld on galvanized steel and/or stainless steel and the employer did not perform initial air monitoring to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI). There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
