29 CFR 1910.178(q)(10): Industrial trucks shall be kept in a clean condition, free of lint, excess oil, and grease. Georgia Pacific fiber processing facility located at 1919 S. Broadway Ave. Green Bay, WI: On and about February 10, 2017, employees were exposed to smoke and fire hazards while operating powered industrial vehicles. Accumulations of combustible material in the engine compartments had not been sufficiently controlled to eliminate the potential of ignition.
