Broadway Ave. Green Bay, WI: On and about February 10, 2017, employees were exposed to smoke and fire hazards while operating powered industrial vehicles.  Accumulations of combustible material in the engine compartments had not been sufficiently controlled to eliminate the potential of ignition.
