29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area; (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5)). a) Farrowing and Gestation manure transfer areas, employees were exposed to hydrogen sulfide during the manure transfer and training on methods to detect the presence of the gas such as the use of continuous air monitoring devices was not provided, on or about, February 22, 2017.
