29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 1111 Hand Ave. Bay Minette, Alabama:  On or about February 10, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from a high slope roof and they were not using fall protection properly exposing them to a fall hazard of 12 feet 2 inches to the ground below.   THE DANIEL MORRIS ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION, INC.  WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(10), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 582118 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 10, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 106 S US HWY 31 BAT MINETTE, ALABAMA.
