29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about 02/08/2017 - Main plant, combustible dust generated from the cutting operation had accumulated on the walls, pipes, beams, and under and on equipment exposing employees to a fire hazard. The dust on the pipes measured between 1/8 inch and 1 inch in depth. The dust attached to the walls measured 1/4 in depth. The dust under the equipment measured between 1/4 inches and 8 inches in depth.
