29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient-stage firefighting: a) At the embroidery facility: On February 9, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to related hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure that employees were provided the education and training to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use, and the hazards regarding incipient-stage firefighting.
