29 CFR 1910.107(g)(3): Residue scrapings and debris contaminated with residue shall be immediately removed from the premises and properly disposed of. Approved metal waste cans shall be provided wherever rags or waste are impregnated with finishing material and all such rags or waste deposited therein immediately after use. The contents of waste cans shall be properly disposed of at least once daily or at the end of each shift: On or about February 10, 2017 combustible paper (Protek Wrap 32) lining the walls and floor of the spray booth were not removed and properly disposed of at the end of each shift. Employees were exposed to the hazard of fire.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about February 10, 2017, employees working on the red line were exposed to chemical hazards such as, but not limited to, Ethoxylated alcohols, Triethanolamine, Mono Ethanolamine, Diethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether and were not informed about the specific chemicals they were using to perform job tasks. ATC Drivetrain, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 953388, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 5/9/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 9901 West Reno, Oklahoma City, OK 73127.
