29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Where wet processes were used, the floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition as drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided. a) Production Work Area, Stairs - on or about February 13, 2017, employees performed production work utilizing wet processes where a portion of the walking / working surfaces were comprised of drainage grates made out of granite stone instead of metal, which was not part of the original slip resistant design.
