29 CFR 1910.23(e)(1)(vii): Mobile ladder stands and platforms that have wheels or casters were not equipped with a system to impede horizontal movement when an employee is on the stand or platform. a) Store room - On or about February 14, 2017, On or about February 14, 2017, employees were using a mobile ladder stand that was missing two out of four rubber bases which creates a condition where the system would not successfully impede horizontal movement when an employee was using the ladder stand.
